This is a simple plugin that will rotate stairs to face you when you right click on them with an empty hand. You can rotate any stair that you place until you log out. Once you log out, you will be unable to rotate any stairs previously placed, unless you destroy it and place it again.
The exception to this is if you have the /stairfix command permission. Those with the /stairfix permission can always rotate stairs, even if they did not place it themselves.
