Provides a location based permission system (much like CuboidPlugin). Polygons can be defined by clicking blocks with the "wand" (stick). Permissions can be attached to each player and zone. This is an beta, expect bugs and missing features! Currently uses a .csv file storage system, although I intend to also offer a MySQL system.
