While default game INI files can be decrypted and edited using Bulletstorm INI Editor v1.1 for v1.0.7111.0 the custom game ones don't seem to work.
This little command line utility however does the trick.
First download to your Bulletstorm config directory e.g.
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\My Documents\My Games\BulletStorm\StormGame\Config
To encrypt or decrypt an ini file:
Running inicrypt.exe on an encrypted file will decrypt it, running it on an decrypted (or plain text) file will encrypt it so Bulletstorm can read it.
Note You need to ensure you re-encrypt your ini files after editing or Bulletstorm wont be able to load them.
