great game and commentary!!!!!!!
RainFall, what the hell do you mean? TB´s THE BEST commentor!! I´ve never seen a commentor with a TOP HAT before (caps makes it important :3). Repeating youself is very good, becouse even retarded people will understand then! And also surface level things are the FUNNY things!! Just one more thing now... Ofcourse he plays WoW! It´s THE BEST GAME ever!
There was absolutely no friction at all between either of us. I only made one joke at Pureball's expense, which he was totally cool with and taking the @#$% out of Apollo is I'm told, an i-Series endorsed sport. Apollo wants to cast with me again and I doubt that would be the case if I pissed him off. Needless to say I did check with him afterwards as to whether or not I'd upset him with the banter, his only complaint was that he couldn't think of any good comebacks :)
Why is Totalbiscuit so great? There's a reason he won Blizzard's Eu shoutcast, and his podcast has reached #1 on itunes previously.
They were equipped with double-headphones, in-ears with game audio and over-ear sound-proofed headphones on top of that.
Personally I thought that the combination of TotalBiscuit and Apollo was fantastic!
From my level TB made everything easy to understand and gave the entire cast a big wow factor, where as Apollo was great with all the strat and fine details that I didn't really understand, but I'm sure others did.
I really hope we see them both back as at the next event casting SC2 again, I want more dam it!!
I don't know much about this type of event, but wouldn't the players be listening to you and plan their strategies accordingly?
Again, I don't know much about LAN shouting.
Someone sounds pretty butthurt that the crowd was being entertained by 'surface level things' and 'repetition' rather than high-level analysis. Maybe it's because you're in an elitist minority :>
